The members of this Clan are skilled in the Art of perfectly controlling the element of Wind and rarely other weather-like elements.

~Special Ability~
Chakra Scar (thank you Clyde ;] )
(pretty much Zaku's sound wave pipe-things but they are scars that amplify wind chakra instead)
