Tamoe 1 - 100 posts
Tamoe 1 grants a small smackrel of power while allowing the user to do basically nothing with it, its somewhat useless i gotta admit x.x
Genin may obtain this by fighting a near death fight after the post quota has been fulfilled

Tamoe 2 - 350 posts
Tamoe 2 allows the copying of genin ranked taijutsus, you can also begin to see through some simple genjutsus at this point you can distinguish a genin clones from a normal person (thats its limit)
Chuunin may obtain this after post quota is fulfilled and can only be achieved in a fight with a Tamoe 3 using shinobi in which the current tamoe 1 Sharingan will force itself to evolve to try and keep up with the other ninja.

Tamoe 3 - 700 posts
Tamoe 3 grants the user vast amounts of speed as well as the ability to counter and copy jutsus, jutsus that have elements you do not have drain large sums of chakra
Only achievable at Jounin level achieved through battling a kage level or high ranked Uchiha member.

Mangekyou Sharingan - 1400

This post is for the possesers of the Mongekyou sharingan

There will be three different types of Mongekyou you my only pick one.

Ninjutsu Mogekyou - This sharingan is for users of manly Ninjutsu it will increase the speed of your handseal preformence and allow u to copy anyninjutsu that is preformed infront of u. your ninjutsu will also become more powerful and more accurate. The downside to this is that ur abillity to recognize Genjutsu will slightly decrease and ur tiejutsu will become weaker. also using any Genjutsu besides basic Genjutsu will quicken the effect of the Mongekyou sharingan {blindness}

Genjutsu Mogekyou - This is much like Itachi's sharingan it gives u the power of ultiment Geninjutsu skills. It will make your Genjutsu unbrakable by anyone under your rank. it will make ur Genjutsu more powerful and real like to confuse the enemy. you also will be able to automaticly recognize if u are in a Genjutsu because these eyes allow u to see right threw the jutsu. The down side to this is that ur Tiejutusu and Ninjutsu will become weaker

Tiejutsu Mongekyou - This form of the Mongekyou sharingan will make you the ultiment tiejustu fighter. your speed will more then triple and your strength will double from its origenal state. you will become seemingly imposible to see for a short while until the after effects of the sharingan kick in then the sharingan will fail. having this sharingan will make your Ninjutsu weaker and you will have no access to Genjutsu what so ever but u will still be able to recognize most Genjutsu
